Senior Bookkeeper - FULL TIME

We are a bookkeeping company with many years of experience and great clients. Our clients are small to medium sized businesses from different industries. We have a great knowledge and understanding of our clients' challenges. Our clients count on us to prepare their books with high level of accuracy. Our goal at Next Gen Business Solutions Inc. is to help them to have a better understanding of their financial situation and making better business decisions.
Because we do a great job of it, we are growing and are looking for another Bookkeeper to join our team.

Desired Skills and Experience
We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper, with at least 2 years of experience to perform a variety of accounting and bookkeeping tasks. You must be able to keep clients' books up to date, by processing Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Deposits, Account reconciliation, Payroll, Month End and Year End wrap up process, Filing, Government Remittances and Reporting in a timely manner.
The successful candidate needs to be skilled in the tools of the trade: Advanced Experience with QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop, Sage 50 (optional), Word and Excel. Just as important, you need excellent communications and project management skills, impeccable attention to detail, comfortable in tech savvy environment, extraordinary time management ability, work independently, maintain professional judgment, ability to work with multiple clients across various industries, a can-do attitude, be able to talk on the phone, and love helping businesses succeed.
2 years Experience with one of the accounting software is mandatory. Preference will be given to those with experience working in a multi-client environment.
Ultimately, a successful Bookkeeper must be a great team player and will ensure that the company’s daily functions run effectively and efficiently.
This is a remote position and therefore you will be working from your home.
